Team Support Midlands are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Solihull for a number of Telemarketing Executives to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. My client has both full time and part time positions available

Hours: 9-5pm Mon - Thurs and 8-2.45pm on Friday (Part time is also available)

Salary: £9.20 per hour whilst temporary and after 13 weeks the position will become permanent with a salary of £17-19k per annum plus commission OTE £21-23k per annum

Along with general campaigns my client provides specialise manufacturing and engineering, technology and financial services telemarketing. Services include appointment setting, lead generation, database building and database cleansing, surveys and market research, event planning and promotions and follow up calls

Role: As a Telemarketing Executive the ideal candidates will have worked in a similar role and be confident when making outbound calls to businesses

You will be working on behalf of clients contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers

Skills and experience: Must have experience of working within a similar role making outbound calls

Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, Marketing Director etc.

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice

Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
