Simply Education is working in partnership with a school in Watford who are urgently seeking Cover Supervisors to work on a short term, supply basis with an immediate start. You will be required to teach a number of subjects throughout the school day. You do not have to have experience in each subject to be considered, just a passion for teaching and strong behaviour management can still be considered.

The school can be flexible on how many days per week you can work, so full time and part time applicants will be considered. The school is a Good school with limited behavioural issues. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is interested in getting into teaching, to get them used to working in a classroom based environment.

You must have a minimum of a degree and some school based experience would be preferred but is not essential for this post. The school has excellent support from the senior leadership team. It is a large school, with mixed ability students.

As the successful candidate you will need to be;

A fully qualified Teacher (QTS), newly qualified teacher (NQT) with a PGCE or a bachelor in education, ideally in Science
Have experience of teaching within the UK curriculum; minimum 3 months
Be a flexible and confident individual who has a creative approach to teaching
Adaptable
Reliable
