Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic part-time Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible to carry out different cleaning and maintenance duties. You should be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good cleanliness and hygiene.
As a cleaner, you should be capable to exceed expectations of the customer, ensuring that all washrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. Your main objective will be to keep the area in a spotless, clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

* Clean assigned offices or facility areas.

* Perform different cleaning activities including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, bathroom cleaning and so forth.

* Perform and report routine inspection and maintenance activities.

* Track and perform maintenance activities.

* Notify administration in case there is a requirement for repair and interventions.

* Perform minor repairs and make adjustments.

* Stock and maintain supply rooms.

* Follow all security, health and safety directions and regulations.

Requirements

* High school Diploma (Required).

* Proven 6 months to 1-year work experience as a cleaner.

* Great knowledge of different cleaning synthetic chemicals and supplies.

* Working knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets.

* Capable to handle heavy equipment, apparatus and machinery.

* Great interpersonal and communication skills.

* Flexible, available early morning schedule

Cleaning Schedule are from Tuesday - Friday 01:00 - 03:00 & Saturday & Sunday 03:00 - 05:00
