We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a wonderful established company in the heart of St Albans.
It is a 9 month contract role with great possibility of it turning into a permanent post. The client will consider candidates who are seeking full time, but also those who are looking for shorter days (27.5hrs p/w, 5.5hrs per day)
Working in their Quality Team, you will be supporting and providing assistance to the Quality Assurance Manager and the wider team, plus other relevant departments.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the Quality Assurance Managers and Volunteers to deliver the company Quality Standard programme
* Provide administrative support to the company Quality Standard programme and the wider Quality Team, as directed
* Oversee accurate and up to date administration of the company Quality Standard reporting and monitoring systems
* Organise meetings and training activities
* Organise and undertake administration for meetings
* Manage records and inspection activity
* Work with Volunteer Assessors to support them to deliver Quality Standard Inspections including the administration of their expenses and other arrangements
* Liaise with Member Societies on matters relating to the company Quality Standard and other Quality Standard related matters
* Assist with the analysis of data and run reports as and when needed
* Assist with the preparation and administration of company policies and procedures
* Work with the Quality Assurance Manager to compile the training documentation
* To answer phone calls and transfer as necessary to relevant departments within set deadlines

* Proficient in the use of all MS Office packages, showing confidence in Word and Excel
* Excellent administrative skills
* Ability to manage workload and multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Able to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good prioritisation and organisational skills
