We're working with a large financial regulation organisation on an exciting opportunity in Customer Services in Glasgow

We’re looking for passionate customer service advisors to begin a successful career with our client

Working Hours
*Part-time 20 hours per week
Training will be Monday – Thursday 5-9pm and Saturday 8-5pm for 6 weeks.
Once you have completed the 6 weeks training you can move to your requested shift (minimum 3 evenings and Saturday 8am – 5pm).

As a Customer Service Advisor your role is to talk with customers over the phone and support them on their road to financial recovery whilst providing excellent customer service. You will need to have an empathetic approach speaking to people in sensitive situations around their finances and use your listening and questioning skills to agree the best course of action on every interaction.

A background working in customer service from any environment is what we're looking for, whether that’s retail. hospitality, face to face, or in a call centre we want to hear from you. Similarly if you think you have transferable skills that would be ideal for a career in customer service, sell that to us so we don’t miss out on your talent.

This role would also be suitable for university students/graduates as we believe that a university environment offers significant transferable skills from strong organisation and communication skills to high emotional intelligence needed to build relationships with our customers in sensitive financial situations.
