We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join us here at our Cheltenham branch on a part-time, temporary basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience in a commercial and busy environment whilst having the flexibility of part time hours. Please note this is an ongoing temporary role that will be reviewed on a monthly basis.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 10am - 3.30pm (30 minute lunch break)

Hours per week: 25 hours

Pay Rate: £8.50 - £10.00 per hour DOE

What you will be doing:

Assisting in the weekly payroll of temporary workers
Supporting in the registration and screening process for new applicants
Monitoring of the compliance of new candidates
Answering and logging queries from clients and candidates
Daily use of the branch CRM system to log any correspondence About you:

You will be a highly organised individual who is happy to work under pressure
Ideally you will have experience in an administrative environment
You will be self-motivated with strong attention to detail
IT literacy is essential for this role
