Total Productive Maintenance Engineer
Would you like to work three days per week and be paid £35k - £40k DOE?
Where? Coventry
Okay, so what’s the shift? 36 hour per week Friday & Saturday (Apply online only) Sunday (Apply online only) plus O/T
My prestigious client (top 50 fastest-growing companies in Coventry and Warwickshire) is now seeking to recruit an exceptional Weekend TPM Engineer to join their high performing team
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct TPM activities to a high standard
* Highlight improvements to relevant TPM standards
* Identify difference to the expected condition of equipment suggest improvements where applicable
* Update required documentation accurately and promptly
* Review site Computerised Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for allocated task and action / update appropriately
* Implements programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness
* Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions
* Maintains safety, health and environmental policies and procedures
* Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimise unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, to identify opportunities for improvement
* Prepares reports, analyses data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operation and solving maintenance related problems
* Ensures all contractors are qualified and insured to work
Ideal Person Specification:
* Excellent time keeping, attendance and work ethic
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Previous experience in a maintenance capacity in a manufacturing environment
* Detailed knowledge of maintenance processes
* Proven evidence of a hands-on approach in previous roles
* Experience within continuous improvement environment
* Relevant engineering qualification
* Exposure to a polyurethane or similar industry preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to analyse and report data effectively
* Excellent planning and organisation skills
* Proven ability of meeting and exceeding internal and external stakeholder requirements
* Ability to adapt and respond to change
