We're looking for students completing a Bachelor’s degree with the University of Reading, with an option for a year’s industrial placement to commence employment by September 2020, graduating in 2022.   You'll be looking to use your keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced dynamic environment to gain real experience and to help us create success for clients, colleagues and communities. You can build your own future as you contribute to ours. 

By joining our 12 Month Placement Programme you'll become an integral member of the team for your entire placement.  You'll be sitting side-by-side with business leaders, learning on the job, making a difference and working on live projects.  

Your career development starts with a Macquarie wide orientation week. You'll then embark on a structured programme with on-the-go training and the opportunity to build your network. The experience you will have throughout your programme can set you up for a successful career following the completion of your studies.  

Opportunities are based at Macquarie 2 Blagrave Street, Reading, RG1 1AZ and salaries are competitive.
