Receptionist – Part Time FTC

We are Hiring! Due to continued growth we are recruiting for a Part Time receptionist on a 5 Month Fixed Term Contract, to join our team based in Brackley, Northamptonshire

We are a leading supplier of Poultry products into an impressive range of customers in the UK retail and food service sectors. With ambitious plans for the future, there hasn’t been a more exciting time to join us.

Purpose of the role

The Receptionist will cover the reception welcoming visitors to the site and also manning the main switch board dealing with both internal and external callers, following strict privacy when directing calls. You will also manage the sending and receiving of post for the site and to ensure that mail is both sent and delivered on time and to the relevant person.

Access/clock cards management sits with the Receptionist, to ensure that all new starter cards are made and if any replacement cards are made and issued. Monitor the reception email inbox to respond to all quires in a timely manner. To update the contact list regularly within all departments of the business. General administrative duties as required

Working hours are Monday to Friday 13:00 to 17:00.

What we are looking for

You will be an excellent communicator both oral and written, and have the ability to plan your workload to ensure that all tasks are dealt with in a timely manner. Experience of using Microsoft packages to include: word, outlook. A flexible approach to working hours to cover holidays or sickness if required. Excellent customer service skills and experience in administrative duties. Experience as a previous receptionist is preferred but not essential.
