Temporary Part Time Receptionist role 27.5 hours Per week starting week commencing 23rd September
Your new company
A higher education organisation are looking for an experienced receptionist to provide part time support during a business restructure
Your new role
Working at the front of house of one of the organisations senior buildings you will be providing a full reception service. Meeting and greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and emails, franking post, booking meeting rooms and ad hoc administrative support when required. This is an ongoing temporary position working Monday - Friday 08.00 - 13.30 (27.5 hours per week)
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need proven previous experience in a reception role, ideally supporting senior members of staff. You should be available for an immediate start and be looking for an ongoing position with the hope of securing a permanent role.
