We are looking for an experienced Litigator to work for a small multi-service, private practice in Kenilworth, Warwickshire

As a local firm whose success has largely come from referrals and recommendations, you will be a natural networker and relationship-builder who enjoys presenting to prospective clients.

The role has come about due to the planned retirement of an experienced consultant. As such you will be mentored in taking on an existing case load, as well as having the opportunity to further develop your own case load.

The role involves dealing with:
Contractual disputes for individuals or SME's
Landlord and tenant disputes
Property disputes involving boundaries, rights of way, restrictive covenants etc.
Contested probate
Insolvency
Injunctions
Partnership and Company problems
Professional negligence matters involving solicitors, accountants, surveyors etc.
Carrying out advocacy work and instructing counsel for larger, more complex cases

Suitable candidates will be qualified solicitors (or CILEx) with min 2 years' PQE and have experience of handling a range of civil litigation cases.
