Customer Service Advisor – Part Time & Full Time hours available- Edinburgh - Hourly Rate - £8.93

The working hours for this role are flexible and you should be available to work the equivalent of two full working days – these hours can be worked during days, evenings and weekends.

What does the day look like?

* Handle inbound telephone calls from customers dealing with customer enquiries

* Dealing with garage bookings and ensuring that tyres have arrived in time for fittings.

* Updating order details whether initiated by the customer or through needing to re-arrange details. Handling complaints to a basic level ensuring they are resolved quickly

* Manage incoming Emails and Web Chats

* Ensuring accuracy at all times, whilst adhering to policies and procedures

* Maintain a high level of quality by working to the company and regulatory requirements

Are you who we are looking for?

* Experience in a contact centre, hospitality or retail environment

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Knowledge of Microsoft

* Ability to work under pressure in challenging situations
