Pertemps Network Group looking to expand our successful team in our Walsall office. We have an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Payroll Administrator. Pertemps have been consistently recognised as a top 100 employer to work for, with an annual turnover of over £800M+. Our local office has friendly working environment and team working culture.
You will be working alongside a team of experienced payroll staff completing payroll for a range of locations.
You will be responsible :
- Timesheet Writing
- Chasing hours and processing hours from clients and candidates
- Answering phones
- Switchboard cover
- Reception work
- Amending payroll queries
- Raising bookings and book backs
The ideal candidate would be customer service focused, with ambition, drive and motivation. Experience and knowledge of SIS costings would be advantageous
The role will involve working in a fast paced driving or Industrial and driving payroll department. The branch is established and looking to expand. The successful candidate would be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and accurately process hours to set deadlines.
A full and thorough training programme will be on offer. We are ideally looking for someone with a payroll background, who is keen on progressing within the company.
This is a part time position on Mondays and Tuesdays.
