Support Worker – Nights Location: Sileby, Loughborough, LE12 7UD Salary: £8.21 Per Hour Hours: 9.45pm-8.45am Are you looking for a job where you can make a positive impact? Our client is a charitable organisation that provides a range of flexible, individualised care and support services for people with learning difficulties, mental health support needs and older people. At our Sileby service, we are now looking for Full and Part-Time members to join our hardworking team. As a Nights Support Worker, you will need to develop warm and trusting relationships with people with learning disabilities to help them to lead fulfilling and independent lives. No two days are the same, you will be supporting the tenants with personal care and to undertake household chores, including planning and preparing meals. Our ideal candidate will have:  Experience of supporting adults in a care setting or in the community An awareness and understanding of Learning Disabilities Good communication skills, patience and flexibility An understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support A flexible working pattern An NVQ in Health & Social Care, or relevant qualification  In return for your hard work, along with a great salary, Our client is offering:  22 days paid holiday per annum + bank holidays (pro rata) Raising to 28 days + bank holidays per year with length of service Ongoing training and progression opportunities  Flexible working hours  We operate a free Health Service Discount scheme.
