Accounts Assistant:
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of our client who is based in the Telford area.
Details of Accounts Assistant:
·Pay rate: £10 - £10.50ph DOE
·Start Date: Immediate
·Working Hours: Part time
·Mon - Fri: 15-20h
·Location: Telford
·Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Role of Accounts Assistant:
·Bank reconciliation
·Sales and Purchase ledger
·Chasing Invoices
·Process Customer Invoices
·Checking online banking for Bacs payments etc
·Other finance administration required
·Assist administration team with answering of telephone
As an Accounts Assistant you'll need:
·General administration experience
·Experience using SAGE, Journals, CIS knowledge
·Excellent oral and written communication skills
·Proficient IT skills in Microsoft packages and ability to work with bespoke software packages
·Ability to organise own work and multi task
·Ability to analyse queries, identify problems and solutions
·Ability to work as a part of a team or on own initiative and work accurately under pressure and meet targets
