Role Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Manager to provide commercial expertise to our large Ministry of Defence contract. Working in London the Commercial Manager will work alongside the Account Director delivering soft FM services to our prestigious MOD Whitehall contract.

MOD Whitehall and United Kingdom Hydrographic Office

• Reporting on profit & loss
• Working with the operations team to tender and benchmark Subcontracted services
• Reporting on income resource monthly
• Ensuring that each site is compliant and is working according to contract
• Liaising with the client; establishing a firm working relationship to ensure continuous improvement of the contract

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have strong commercial experience within the FM industry, ideally built from a QS background. You should have a strong focus on contract compliance with the drive to ensure high safety stands are always maintained. This role also requires excellent client management, any experience working with a large client or local authority would be beneficial.
