This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to provide private support to the family of a high net worth individual who is the founder of a popular online fashion brand.
This role is offered on a part-time basis with requirement to work 3 days per week.
What you will need:
Proven experience in providing PA support at senior level with the desire to transfer these skills to a Private PA position
Ability to work with discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
Diary management experience in booking personal appointments, medical appointments, dinner reservations etc
Experience of complex travel arrangements including visas, security, drivers and amending last minute cancellations
Must be able to driveSome responsibilities of Private PA include:
Managing all personal correspondence
Supporting with any family matters - events, travel, gifts, school fees
Ensuring the family are fully supported when it comes to managing their personal lives
Managing invoices, payments and expenses
Liaising with household staff, suppliers and tradesmenThis role will suit an experienced PA with a mature approach and the ability to conduct themselves with professionalism, diplomacy and discretion.
