Job Title: Credit Controller Part Time (25 Hours)

Location: Fareham

Salary: £16,000-£24,000 Pro Rata

A leading local law firm with branches across the south coast is looking for an experienced credit controller to work on a part-time basis in a beautiful historic building base din a central location near local cafes, shops and amenities. With public transport available.

The Role of Credit Controller

You will have experience within accounts to assist their accounts team in a professional and approachable manner as well as maintain an effective credit control system.

The role of Credit Controller involves the following main key tasks:

To ensure Credit Control is kept up to date
To secure payments from clients by telephoning and negotiating
To review the standing order list monthly
To ensure compliance with the Firm's Credit Control Policy
To use online banking systems when required
To assist in daily account functions
To process branch monthly petty cash
To ensure filing is kept up to date
To carry out accounts procedures

The Ideal Credit Controller

Excellent telephone skills
Presentable Appearance
Good IT skills
Basic Knowledge of Excel
Able to run a tight diary schedule
Some Accounts experience
Attention to detail
Organised and tidy
Able to work under pressure
Needs to be flexible
Able to work in a team environment
Methodical and thorough

Hours

Working 25 hours per week - Can be flexible whether its working 9-2/2:30 Monday-Friday or 3 Full days in the week
