Main Duties
• Using our online chat service to interact with live customers
• Searching for the ideal holiday package and providing quotes
• Answer any queries that the customer may have, providing them with the relevant information
• Dealing with other internet enquires
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships for repeat business
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times
• Any other duties deemed within your capabilities/skill set
Experience
• Previous customer service / sales experience is preferred
• Experience in a similar role an advantage
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work as a team
Skills
• A knowledge of the Travel industry is desired although not essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time or part time hours available
You will be required work some weekends and late evenings
