Calling all Part-time Finance people!!!
I am recruiting for a really great permanent part-time opportunity within a lovely accounts team based in the heart of Uxbridge. This is working with a reputable company who offer their employees good benefits and an excellent working environment where work-life balance is really valued. The role is paying £20,000 - £23,000 and this is for the 20-25 hours worked, so a great annual salary.
You will need to have previous finance experience ideally within an industry where you have been involved with high volumes of invoicing or billing.
Key purpose
To provide Finance and Administration support to the team
Key duties:
* Liaising with team members and ensuring accurate entry of bills
* Allocating costs
* Processing weekly payments
* Checking and writing off balances
* Ensuring submissions are uploaded accurately
* Data entry
* Monitoring internal billing system
* Preparing payment of bills from monies received
* Dealing with telephone and queries that arise within the Accounts section
* Any other reasonable duties for the smooth running of the Accounts function
To be considered for this role you will need to have 2-3 years’ experience within a similar finance role.
You will need a good eye for details and strong interpersonal skills.
