Job Details
We’re looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our East Berkshire services.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: East Berkshire, office based (Bracknell)
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: Salary circa £9,800 per annum
Contract: Fixed term from Nov 2019 until March 2020 initially (Our services are contracted; we currently have funding until March 2020)

The Role
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to our service in East Berkshire to include:
- Driving high quality reporting.
- Organising resources for use by the services.
- Excellent customer service.
- Interacting with our clients and customers over the phone and via letters and email.
About You
The Administrative Assistant will have:
- A proven track record of proactively supporting a team and demonstrable experience in office-based administration.
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- The skills to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
- Experience of communicating with a range of stakeholders including healthcare professionals.
