PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • Working with clients, associates and the ECC core  team to organise, co-ordinate, and administer external programmes and events
  • Supporting the design and production of programme materials
  • Co-ordinating Learning and Development provision for the ECC team and Associates

Key Tasks

  • Manage logistics and co-ordination of agreed programmes
  • Liase with participants, managing, psychometrics, pre and post-programme work
  • Create programme materials such as PowerPoint presentations, handouts, briefing documents, evaluation forms, delegate lists, digital designs
  • Provide a professional support to clients re programme set-up, organisation and ongoing queries
  • Support coaches in the run up to events with required logistics and materials
  • Organise post event procedures – collation of evaluation forms, de-brief notes, testimonials, all relevant logs
  • Writing evaluation reports
  • Maintain key databases/logs for programmes/events
  • Support administration of internal induction and training
  • Booking and logging programme related travel in line with the travel policy
  • Monitor financial aspects of programmes (expenses, hotels, travel)
  • Assist with set up for ECC internal events (e.g. catering, refreshments
  • General office support – phone queries, copying, organising stationary, post
  • Adhoc administrative duties supporting the general team and Directors

SKILLS

  • Excellent Powerpoint Skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Interest and creative ability to develop content ideas
  • Excel skills
  • Confident interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Adept at building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent database skills
  • Desirable: Experience using CMS, image manipulation (e.g. Photoshop/InDesign) and e-learning software (Articulate 360)

OTHER INFO

  • The role could be full-time although 26 + hours across 5 days could also work
  • Occasional working from home available 
  • No visa restrictions
  • Salary to be discussed
  • 20 days holiday prorated (plus bank holidays) with the view to increase after two years’ service
  • Day off on birthday and additional 2 days over Christmas when the office is closed 
  • Enrolment into pension scheme after passing three months’ probation successfully
