Remote Researcher - Part Time & Homeworking
We have a new role for a remote researcher at RecWorks.
This is a role within an exciting new team we are building and has the scope to make a real difference to the work we do. It would suit someone with previous experience as a recruiter or researcher, or someone who simply enjoys online research. The bulk of the role will involve using Linkedin and other online databases to source candidates around specific criteria for our clients. You won't be required to contact candidates directly, as you would work with a partner who can fulfil that role. We are looking for someone extremely competent using online search tools, someone with an aptitude for solving problems and not someone who will give up at the first hurdle. One essential part of this role is to be able to take feedback and adjust a search accordingly.
We have a history of hiring remote workers at RecWorks; our first five hires were all working mums, and we now have a team of remote workers, some of whom have been with us over 10 years. We are familiar with the pressures that come with being a working parent, so we have a flexible approach - the hours can be worked at times to suit you, mornings, afternoons, evenings or nights. We are big believers in autonomy, so as long as the work gets done within the necessary timeframe, we’re not too worried about exactly when you do it.
