Customer Service Advisor (Claims) - Flexible Working Available
About the Role
Your day to day will be varied and exciting whether it's dealing with a supplier of ours, dealing with a customer who has a leaking pipe, or a customer who has unfortunately been burgled- every day is different and you'll be at the heart of this by supporting our customers in their time of need!
Essentially your role will involve inbound calls from customers about their buildings and/or contents claim and you'll need to use your friendly, attentive telephone manner to instantly put them at ease. However it doesn't stop there! You'll go above and beyond for our customers to ensure they are reassured and supported throughout the claim process and take responsibility for your own caseload and become the ‘go to’ person for customers. We all know that excellent customer service stands out a mile, which is why you’ll pride yourself on treating every case individually, from start to finish, always working to the LV= quality standards
You love nothing more than a satisfied customer. So, when it comes to your own customers and cases, you’ll believe in providing nothing but the best service. This role is all about relationships. Strong, lasting and beneficial ones, that work hard for the customer. Luckily, you’re the kind of person who builds rapport with people quickly, and has a good way with words along with strong negotiation skills. We would like to see some claims experience, but it’s your proactive and professional nature that matters the most. And rest assured, there’s plenty of room to grow as we continue to do the same.
We are offering part time hours for this position on our new family friendly contract! Our minimum requirement for the role is 25 hours working 5 days a week starting between 9am-10.30am and finishing between 2pm and 3.30pm- it's your choice! You will also need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-4pm. Along side this there is the opportunity to take 3 weeks off in the summer holiday. Our first few weeks of training will be on very similar hours -ties to be confirmed during the telephone interview process.
Please note: We can also offer this contract on a full time basis working 35 hours a week Monday-Friday between 8am-6.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-4pm
