Location: Bristol

Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience

Hours: Full or Part time hours available

You will be working as part of the team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.

This business is well established and highly successful. You will be employed by the Practice. You will be processing the work generated by the Partner and offering support as required.

The Practice works in partnership with St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (SJP), a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.

The Role - Financial Services Administrator

To provide proactive and efficient administration and general support service to the team, Clients, Advisers and other third parties (e.g. product providers, outsourcing contracts).

* You will provide a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice

* You will be assisting in the preparation of suitability letters and reports

* You will be transacting client investments, processing business submission using bespoke software and assisting with the preparation of presentations and documentation required for client meetings

* You will be obtaining and maintaining detailed client information to support the advice team as well as ensuring supporting documentation and back office systems are maintained and all client files remain compliant

* You will provide an efficient, friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries by telephone, email and in person

* You will be processing new business, ensuring documentation is accurate and processed in line with agreed service standards

* Managing workflow and monitoring/chasing outstanding information promptly

* Assisting clients with non-advice related queries and liaising with third parties on their behalf

* Assisting colleagues in managing the day to day affairs of clients and managing the client database.

The Person - Financial Services Administrator

* Proven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role

* Previous experience within an SJP Practice, Wealth Management firm or IFA practice is essential

* You have excellent written and spoken English and are able to communicate effectively

* You are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion

* You are self-motivated, highly organised and can make decisions

* Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work

* Ability and willingness to learn processes and procedures

* Good time management and planning skills

* Works effectively as a team member to achieve overall objectives

* Able to work autonomously/pro-actively

* You are IT proficient with a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs.
