Sales and Income Generation Associate - Flexible Working Available
Abianda is a small not for profit organisation offering one-to-one, group work and employment opportunities to gang-affected young women. We also offer training and support to professionals so they can work more confidently and effectively with young women. Our unique model of practice addresses the barriers that stop young women seeking help. We invite former service users to co-facilitate all our training to shape the way professionals understand young women affected by gangs and county lines.
We have been recognised as a ‘trailblazer’ in our field and been awarded a New Radicals award.
We are looking for someone to develop and manage the well-established training arm of Abianda, securing commissions from customers across the country, including local authorities, statutory bodies and third-sector organisations. You will manage our training contracts and ensure the efficient delivery and administration of these.
You will also have significant autonomy to propose and establish new income generation streams with support from the Founder and CEO.
This is a part-time role for 12 months covering maternity leave.
Abianda is a women’s only employer, and as such this position is exempt under schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. We particularly welcome applications from BAME women to support our growth of a diverse and inclusive team.
To apply pleases send us your CV and a cover letter explaining why you are right for this role (one page). We look forward to hearing from you.
