Following the success of new product launches, we are looking for a Marketing Manager with demonstrable off- and online B2B marketing experience to further drive a broad range of activities across the Group. This standalone role will have responsibility for fulfilment across the marketing mix as well as the opportunity to shape future strategy. 

This exciting and challenging opportunity offers great variety, encompassing a broad range of activities both online and offline. You will need to be results orientated, an effective communicator, commercially astute and have the drive to make your mark as part of a broader successful team.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing a strategic marketing plan which supports current and future business objectives
• Identifying target markets and how to reach them
• Designing and delivering a holistic social media strategy including audience growth, engagement and pay per click campaign management
• Overseeing the company’s website and ensuring information is current and optimised
• Managing internal communications
• Preparing marketing and sales collateral including brochures, direct emails, user guides, press releases and presentations in conjunction with graphic designer
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
• Responsibility for marketing budgets
• Gaining media coverage with key industry titles
• Maintaining the Entel brand into all internal and external marketing communications
• Conducting market research and analysis of market trends
• Working closely with other departments, especially sales, to ensure the above is executed consistently across the business

Experience, skills and attributes

We are looking for an accomplished marketeer who is confident working independently and able to hit the ground running.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Experience working on online and offline marketing activities
• Strong emphasis on written communication and verbal reasoning skills, with excellent English
• Managing exhibition attendance including stand design and organisation
• Excellent planning, documentation, presentation and organisational skills with keen eye for detail
• Strong commercial awareness
• Social media profile management and audience growth
• Pay per click campaign management
• A creative approach
• Building relationships with key industry publications to gain media coverage
• Computer and systems literate
• Driven and self motivated
• A marketing or business related degree e.g. CIM
