Becoming a Customer Service Advisor with Equita:

Salary: Basic plus commission with average earning potential at £23k per annum

This is a busy and varied role based in Northampton where you will deal with customer contact to ensure that service excellence and business requirements are adhered to at all times.

2x shift patterns available:
Monday to Friday, 12pm - 8pm
Monday To Saturday (exc Thurs) 8am - 4pm

What you will do:

  • To resolve contact made by customers ensuring that company procedures and service excellence are adhered to.

  • Achieving & Upholding Capita HR policies & practices including Training, Individual Development, Time & Attendance, Conduct and maintaining good business practices

  • Instil Capita and client specific cultural values and behaviours

  • Ensure delivery of Client KPIs including: day to day service levels, productivity, conduct and business continuity, Caller experience, quality measures and compliance

  • Help to manage and develop operational company and client account relationships by Identifying and highlighting further opportunities for services and process improvements

  • Ensuring all appropriate compliance requirements are maintained

  • Ensuring customer service excellence is given on all calls

  • Utilising company guidelines to ensure that procedures are adhered to on all calls

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Relevant customer service experience would be ideal

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Organisational, time management and administrative skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Experience in both Word and Excel

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently using initiative.

  • Self-motivated.
