We are looking for an Estates Manager to play a key role in managing our client’s properties.
Position: Estates Manager
Location: Swindon (M4 corridor)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £31k – 34k

The Role
The Estates Manager will have responsibility for the management of the organisations properties along with their infrastructure of services. They will ensure adherence to good practice, government guidelines and legislation to create safe and energy–efficient working environments that support productivity.
They will also support the organisation, tenants and other users by providing a high level of service, through the management of (and hands on support for) the Estates team, and by representing the charity as its Health and Safety specialist, providing advice and support as required.
You will work with a small team to make them safe, efficient and pleasant places to work.
About You
As Estates Manager you will be an experienced professional. You'll be organised, dedicated and able to work sensitively and effectively with staff across the organisation. With a flexible and responsive approach, you will have proven experience in managing facilities (ideally including multiple sites and tenants), health and safety, people, projects and budgets.
