Our client are looking for a new member of the team.

This is a part time role, Monday to Wednesday, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.

This role is to provide customer service to existing clients, assisting them with the running of their account and helping them make the most of the service that they have bought.

You will be:

• Providing website assistance
• Answering account queries
• Giving advice on the product
• Measuring the success of the product
• Handling complaints
• Illustrating the benefits of the product
• Retaining customers who wish to leave
• Dealing with account upgrades and price increases

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, but with experience in a retentions or sales environment, although this is not a targeted sales role by any means!

You will need to be a real team player, flexible and happy to muck in.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
