Salary: £19,000 per annum pro rated for part time working

Hours: Up to 30 hours per week over a flexible working pattern, job share a possibility for the right candidate

You will be working as part of the small team at David Hill Wealth Management, a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc. The company provides bespoke financial advice and services to executives, managers, families and entrepreneurs.

The Role – Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable office administrator to provide operational support to the Partner and Office Manager of the practice.

* The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure

* This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results

* You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of tasks supporting your colleagues and clients

* Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge

* You will be primarily involved with multiple admin activities, you will also manage and collate company data and act as a primary responder for the phone system.

Specifically your role with involve:

* Perform general office duties, responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies

* Assisting the Office Manager in ensuring the office procedures run smoothly, and optimising processes.

* Working with the Office Manager to maintain relationship management processes and internal databases

* Assisting with maintenance of company website

* Coordinating marketing events and liaising with clients

* Supporting the preparation of business meetings and client appointments.

The Person – Administrative Assistant

To be considered as an Administrative Assistant, you will need:

* Experience in an administrative support role

* Experience in managing correspondence

* Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills

* Discretion and ability to work with confidential and sensitive matters

* Able to multi-task, prioritise and keep track of different tasks

* Computer literacy - competent in software packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* A good standard of written English, to write letters and critically review letters and reports

* Good level of numeracy skills

* Personable, with the ability to communicate effectively and mix with people at all levels

* Flexible approach to work, able to work as part of a team, and autonomously with minimal supervision

* An interest in finance would be desirable.
