Nettlebed, Henley on Thames (must be able to spend 1 day a week in London)
Part time – 20 hours per week over 4 days (flexibility available in terms of working pattern)
Fixed term contract – 12 months

This is an exciting time for the Charity as we are commencing a large project to implementation a new HR/Pay System across the whole business. This project will transform the way we work.

As the Project Administrator for the team you will work closely with the HR team, payroll, the project manager, supplier and IT team to coordinate all the activities to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising regularly with the system supplier and the internal team to ensure the project runs smoothly and to schedule.
• Support the development, maintenance and tracking of project task plans and follow-up activities
• Events management, including scheduling of meetings, venues and processing bookings, coordinating with the external project team, recoding minutes as required.
• Engage with project team to ensure pre-meeting documentation has been completed and ensure meeting/workshop attendance as required
• Support data gathering and processing to inform stakeholder reports and the preparation of presentations and reports for the project steering group and executive team.
• Create, update, upload, amend and file documents to the various sites as required, formatting and distributing documents as required
• Organise travel and accommodation arrangements for internal team members and stakeholders

About You

Although previous experience of working in a similar role is desirable, excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to juggle conflicting priorities with a sense of urgency when things need to move fast are the essential requirements to succeed in this role. You will be comfortable working with team members who are based remotely and have the desire to learn new processes and ways of working quickly. Use must be extremely competent in Microsoft office suite.
