This role gives you the opportunity to make it your own and take on the responsibility of HR, from implementing new policies and procedures, to handling all ER cases and building on the HR function. The key responsibilities for the HR Manager role include:
* Implementing and improving the HR function
* Managing a HR administrator
* Liaising with others across the business including senior stakeholders
* Identifying the culture of the business
* Full responsibility for recruitment and working on attracting new talent and the retention of the business
* Taking charge of all ER cases
* Managing the HR function
