How will you contribute on a day-to-day basis?

In this role, you’ll provide analysis to support decision making on how we specify, support and take to market our technology product development for Access Worldpay.

You’ll be voice of the Business, voice of the Customer and decision maker. You’ll work closely with Product Management and Business Stakeholders to understand, articulate and communicate vision and value, and you’ll champion our vision and working principles in your interactions with business units across the organisation.
 
Taking ownership of products and services from a delivery perspective is a key part of the role, and you’ll work closely with Agile delivery squads to define acceptance criteria and BDD specifications. You’ll participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospective and daily stand-ups. You’ll set sprint goals and articulate what success looks like, and be comfortable bridging the gap between technology and the business. You’ll also participate in launch activities leading up to and following product releases, ensuring that appropriate communications are made to key stakeholders.

What will make you the right fit for the team?

You’ll have product ownership and business analysis experience, end to end project lifecycle knowledge and experience with high quality documentation. We’ll want you to demonstrate deep knowledge of Agile and you will have experience with requirements analysis and elicitation. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence to challenge others in the right way. You’ll have the ability to manage a demanding workload, handle conflicting priorities and ideally have FinTech or payments industry knowledge.
