PA to CEO (Chief Executive Officer) is required for an award winning, high end luxury business that operate out of amazing offices in Wimbledon.
We are looking for a highly experienced PA who has previously worked at c-suite level to provide personal assistance and secretarial support to the Chief Executive and ensure smooth running of his diary, travel and a well organised and efficient office.
This role is extremely fast paced, and you’ll be working for a CEO who spends a lot of time travelling across Europe.
The successful PA will have proven experience in a similar position, live within a commutable drive to Wimbledon. You must be a driver with your own car.
In reward you will be offered a salary of c. £55,000 p.a. plus benefits including private healthcare. Although the position is Monday to Friday, in order to fully and adequately support the CEO when travelling this may include some evening s and week-end contact.
You must be:
Highly organised;
Able to work in a fast paced role;
Excellent attention to detail;
Highly efficient written and verbal communication skills;
IT literate – MS Office;
Smart and professional
Duties
Diary management;
Travel booking;
Compiling agendas across multiple time zones;
Meeting organisation;
Produce documents and presentations;
Manage the filing system;
Minute taking in meetings;
Line manage a part time administrator;
Assist with Board meeting and distribute papers as necessary.
