Working in our trading business, take responsibility for the delivery of control assurance reviews for identified risks and controls across the global operational risk framework.

You will be engaging with business stakeholders to deliver the control assurance plan, working in conjunction with risk, compliance and legal teams and identifying and implementing ongoing improvements to the delivery, reporting and processes followed by the control assurance team.

As a senior member of the team you will be working with junior members of the team to progress their knowledge of business processes and improve technical assurance skills.

We’re open minded and will consider relevant experience from Audit, Operational Risk, Compliance and/or Operations.

Prior experience within Front Office will very useful and a good knowledge of financial services, particularly trading is also valuable.
