We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our friendly 5* team at the AllBright club to execute our dishes as per menu specs. Our approach to food is simple: buy the best, don’t mess around with it, waste nothing, and deliver it with skill. We source the absolute best ingredients, sustainable through a well curated supply chain – to give our members the freshest, most seasonal, delicious food possible.
Full time hours are 45 hrs per week (Monday to Friday).
Salary is £11 + Tronc (generally £1)
