SEAT was created in Barcelona. We are a Brand that attracts a young audience and we look to reflect our Barcelona-born innovative and creative mind-set in everything that we do.

SEAT is a brand on the move; not only are we the fastest-growing volume automotive brand in the UK, we have high ambitions and strong plans for our future growth.  Backed by multi-billion euro investments, we have the youngest line-up of multi-award winning cars in the industry, with a new car launch planned every six months from now until the end of 2020.

Great cars are one thing, but what sets SEAT apart from the norm is the dynamic, passionate team driving the successful transformation of SEAT to new heights every day.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our SEAT team as the Sales Operations Manager on a permanent basis. The role reports into the SEAT Head of Sales and is responsible for the development and delivery of SEAT UK's key operational objectives. You'll be focused on sales performance, customer satisfaction and network quality. Leading a high performing team, you'll be the custodian of the retail network contract, ensuring we deliver results and drive performance. You'll lead the implementation of the enquiry response programme as well as manage the day to day operational management of SEAT Sales.

To do this you'll be highly numerate and analytical, have the ability to absorb complex information into meaningful trends. You'll be a natural problem solver and enjoy a challenge.

This is a key leadership role in the brand, a role that will be pivotal in achieving success over the next few years. You'll be relationship focused and able to work cross-functionally with the area sales team, planning, finance, fleet and the retail network. You'll have the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve results. You'll ideally have a background in operations, having worked as an Area Sales Manager or in our Retail Network in an operations focused role.

So what can we offer you? We know people value different things, so along with a competitive salary, car and discretionary bonus, we offer a wide range of flexible benefits to suit you and your lifestyle.

Sound like a challenge? We'd love to hear from you…
