30 Hours (Any 5 in 7 days) / Monday – Friday 10:30 – 17:00 / Sunday Rota (1 in 2 days)
£8.54 / Hour + BONUS + BENEFITS
Our client is looking for Temporary Sales Advisors, with the view to turn permanent, to develop profitable sales growth through existing and prospect customers and to meet and exceed sales and quality targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
There is free parking onsite and they are easily accessed via Public transport. You will be working in a supportive, intimate team environment with plenty of coaching and potential to develop. There are also large discounts and promotions on food – eligible once made permanent.
There will be backdated bonus for candidates who are taken on in a permanent capacity based on performance.
Key Accountabilities
To develop profitable sales growth of the companies range of products/services by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Using effective planning to initiate and accept customer orders by telephone
Develop sounds knowledge of customer’s needs, competitor activity and the company’s products/ and resources
Respond to customer complaints/enquiries
Foster and maintain customer relationships
Skills and Experience Requirements:
PC literate
Good verbal communication skills
An ability to work in a pressured, time critical environment
Literacy and numerical skills
Customer facing skills
And ability to work effectively within a team
Objection handling and questioning
