Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and driven individuals who have a passion for customer service to work as an inbound call advisor on our Waitrose campaign until the end of the year.

We’re a busy office, with comfortable open plan call decks, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

You will be helping customers with their online grocery orders and dealing with enquiries regarding delivery, product details, shopping cart and more.

Start Date

Our next start dates are the 11th November and 25th November.

· This role requires you to be at least 18 years old

What you need to know

Temporary Full Time contracts of 37.5 hours a week however we may consider part time requests. Our customers need to be able to contact us throughout our opening hours: Monday to Friday 08.00 - 22.00, Saturday 08.00 - 21.00 and Sunday 09.00 - 19.00. These opening hours may extend during our peak month of December. Your shifts will be scheduled within these opening times.

As a customer service advisor we aim to publish your shifts 3 weeks in advance. Pay rate of £8.21 per hour.

The training period is 1 week of Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm before moving on to gradbay for a further week of Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm and then after this your shift rotations will begin.

Contract end date up to or before 31/12/2019
