Supporting a small team as well as a variety of clients, the right candidate will provide administrative and customer service support alongside a proactive approach to any issues. Duties
Taking and making calls to existing customers
Processing orders through the phone, online and face to face
Maintaining and managing quotes until completion
Updating contracts
Supporting a small branch with general queries
Dealing with complaints and queries
Individual
Attention to detail in everything you do
Able to communicate effectively
Highly organised
Building relationships with colleagues and team members
Development opportunities for the right person
