We are recruiting for seasonal Customer Service Advisors to work on a large retail campaign and support them with their customer service communication throughout the remainder of the year.
This is a great opportunity for you to secure a temporary position, working in a fast paced environment; providing valuable office based experience until the end of the Year, and for star performers there is an opportunity to secure a permanent role. All training will be provided.
We are looking for part time workers who can either do weekends and evenings
Main responsibilities/ duties;
Receiving a range of inbound calls from customers including solving various queries such as; delivery of products, damaged or lost products, ordering products, refunds etc.
Writing accurate and professional email responses to both customers, clients and suppliers
Writing accurate and professional notes on Customer accounts
Working to targets, KPI’s and time scales
Skills/ Experience required;
Must be a strong communicator
Experience within customer service is essential
Previous experience within a call centre environment is highly desirable
Ability to use own initiative and ‘think on your feet’ approach
Strong problem solving skills are essential
Fast and accurate typing skills
Must be able to remain calm under pressure
Pay rate: £8.84 per hour
A range of starting dates from November through to December – contracts are running up until January 2020
Hours: Monday to Friday 12:00-16:00 or 16:00-20:00 and Saturday 08:00-18:00
