You’ll help in administrating; developing and implementing regionally specific benefit programs designed to attract, motivate and retain the employee talent essential to achieving regional business objectives. You will look after benefit analysis, administration, communication and event coordination across several EMEA countries and act as a key liaison in health, retirement & wellness vendor management administration.

  • Day to day coordination of the UK flexible benefits platform, including liaising with payroll and providers to ensure data/system accuracy
  • Acts as liaison and vendor manager for third party wellness and retirement service providers
  • Own benefit administration/reporting analysis across EMEA countries including the process of joiners, leavers, changes, invoices and employee data using excel formulas and systems to streamline where possible
  • Own, review & improve benefit processes where necessary with support from the team
  • Lead event coordination, including annual benefits and wellbeing day in UK and other countries
  • Assist in Benefit renewals and launches across EMEA, including assisting with communications and leading data preparation and reconciliations
  • Support EMEA benefit benchmarking
  • Develops and/or participates in benefit surveys to collect and analyse competitive benefit information to determine company's benefit competitive position
  • Assist in benefit communications, including benefit launches, promotions and updating internal systems
  • Assist in the review of benefit legislation across multiple countries to ensure compliance
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders such as the payroll teams and external providers to implement and improve administration processes
  • Act as a key member of the reward team, advising colleagues on all elements of benefits educating colleagues on best practice (supported by the benefits manager)
  • Become the core point of contact for benefit related queries and help communicate benefits via HR drop-in sessions
  • Assist in ad hoc HR and benefits projects as and when required by the Compensation and benefits manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated capacity to effectively and practically communicate benefits
  • Ability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in benefit scheme administration preferred
  • Track record of effective vendor management preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to review, recommend and implement process improvements as necessary
  • Self-starter, able to work on their own and part of a team/virtual teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail, highly numerate with great analytical skills
  • Logical with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a life science, biotechnology, technology or medical device industry is preferred
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, internationally (<5%)
