Remote Recruiter - Part Time & Flexible Working Available
We have a flexible new role for a remote recruiter/closer/account manager at RecWorks.
This is a part-time, remote role working in an exciting new team we have created. It would suit someone friendly and positive, with previous experience in recruitment, account management or sales who is looking for an entirely remote and part-time role – someone with a real talent for persuasion, influencing and closing deals.
We currently have various specialists working well within this team, including a technical researcher, a co-ordinator and a resourcer. We believe the team could be even more successful with someone who could help manage offers and placements and bring more potential clients in (from warm leads). This is not a role for someone looking to be a 360 recruiter, so we could easily accommodate someone with other commitments (like family) who is looking for a flexible role to fit around their life.
If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys winning new business and closing deals, we’d love to talk (though we aren’t much into the “hard sell” here and we don’t fit the normal profile of recruitment consultancies.) We are looking to hire someone with a passion for things like negotiating offers and closing deals, a consultative person unphased by asking hard questions and managing complicated situations. You will need to have a successful track record in closing deals (in recruitment preferably, but any area of sales will be considered). Experience of picking up new clients will also be a benefit. You won’t need to do your own research or to call candidate lists; 95% of the admin and almost all of the noise will be taken care of by other specialists who enjoy those sides to the recruitment process and have been hired to do just that. We are especially interested in individuals with a positive attitude and appreciate core values around integrity, respect and honesty – traits we hold very dear at RecWorks.
RecWorks has a history of hiring remote workers; in fact, our first five hires were all working mums, and we now have a whole team of remote workers, some who have been with us over 10 years. We are familiar with the pressures that come with being a working parent so we have a flexible approach to work in this position. There will definitely be flexibility in the hours you work but the role is fast paced and competitive, so you’ll need sufficient time, energy and experience to make this a brilliant success.
