Further details: We are delighted to be recruiting for a motivated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN / RNLD) to join a beautiful nursing home located in Horsham. This warm and cosy nursing home creates a friendly and welcoming environment for the residents and their families. The healthcare team at the home are passionate about the high-quality person-centred care that they provide, and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Horsham. This warm and friendly nursing home provides care to elderly residents and residents with dementia. The Home Manager is looking for a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside the management team, ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times. Staff morale at the home is very high.

Person Specification: we are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD- all with be considered) to work in this service on a full or part-time basis. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC. All applicants must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
