We are currently working with the Lead Provider in Swindon and are looking for full time/part time Support Workers.
Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available for a 24 hour service.
We currently have opportunities available for Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers to join our team working on a one-to-one basis providing high quality care to our clients whilst paying attention to their specific and individual needs. You will help people with mental health conditions, demential/alzheimers, learning disabilities and complex needs in their own home or within a nursing setting.
We would love to hear from you if you are a reliable, enthusiastic and compassionate Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker with previous care experience.
Flexible to work on a rolling rota
Good at working on your own and within a team
Excellent at communicating with people
Weekend commitment is required for this role
Able to complete good quality support records
Driving license is an advantage but not required
