Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with prospective organisations and customers with the objective of winning new customer business and upselling to customers.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

- Nurture and develop relationships with organisations to identify, generate and close new business and upsell opportunities.
- Proactive engagement with organisations and our customers to demonstrate, and ensure they experience the value of our products, services and expertise.
- Ensure expectations are managed proactively and effectively through timely and effective communication with organisations.
- Build deep and strategic relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder contacts within the organisation including Senior Management Team / C-Suite level; to increase exposure, identify opportunities and grow the account.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

You’ll have demonstrable experience as an Account Development Manager in the HR Software as a Service (SaaS) space, identifying opportunities based on a customer needs with strong negotiation skills using your high-level interpersonal skills. You’ll also be proactive, confident and action orientated.

Salary: £30k to £60k base + uncapped OTE and Benefits please
