Learning & Development Manager – 35-45k dependent on experience plus bonus and fantastic benefits package. Peterborough based. 4 or 5 days a week with flexible working hours.

We are a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial business group providing outsourced contact centre services for leading blue chip companies. We have ambitious growth plans for the future through placing the customer at the heart of everything we do in a technology led environment.

We have now created a new role within our Learning & Development Team based in our Peterborough office where you will lead on the analysis, design, development and implementation of all of our learning and development solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with solid L&D experience to transform our learning offerings in a fast paced and creative business. This role will be instrumental in ensuring all of our people are equipped to adapt and perform in this changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the L&D team in the digital transformation of learning content through use of information technology
  • Manage and improve our Group induction
  • Provide consultation and expertise to the leadership team on all L&D interventions
  • Carry out training needs analysis in a variety of business situations to identify the appropriate learning solutions
  • In conjunction with the key stakeholders, deliver annual compliance training requirements
  • Manage and promote the Learning Management System (LMS) in conjunction with the wider L&D team
  • Source and manage relationships / contracts with third party suppliers
  • Provide blended learning solutions and activities to support the business
  • Deliver digital learning solutions using a range of software tools
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the operational managers on how to get the best out of their people

What we are looking for

  • You will be a subject matter expert on learning methodologies with experience across all aspects of the learning cycle. A track record of designing and delivering digital solutions is essential as is experience of using Learning Management Systems. You will have first class influencing and consultation skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a rapidly changing environment. Contact Centre experience preferred but not essential.
