We're looking for a masonry administrator to support a first class service for clients buying stone memorials, renovation of memorials and inscriptions with Co-op Funeralcare. As a masonry administrator you'll provide a high quality administration service to funeral homes in your area. You'll process information given to you from your colleagues within funeral homes in order to provide a first class and accurate service to clients at a time when it matters most. It's an important job, and you'll need excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to make sure that we're giving our customers what they need.

What you'll do


? check masonry order forms for accuracy making sure all the relevant detail has been captured
? request quotes from external partners, which you will send to the funeral home for discussion with the client
? process orders, once approved, and make sure PO's (purchase orders) are raised for suppliers efficiently
? make sure that permits are obtained for memorial work and sent to suppliers
? interact with colleagues in our funeral homes, talking them through product options and prices and answering any queries

This role would suit people who have

? experience of working in an administrative role
? experience of process ordering would be advantageous
? excellent administration skills
? fantastic organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
? strong IT skills
? great communication skills both written and verbal
? an appreciation for and empathise with the roles your colleagues in the funeral homes are doing and you support them in providing the best service for our clients
