We are seeking a committed and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our client's busy Inpatient Surgical ward at their acute hospital site based in Oxford, Oxfordshire , the city of dreaming spires and one of England's heritage cities . This is a full-time permanent post, but this unit is open to hearing from applicants seeking to negotiate a part-time opportunity; however. The successful candidate will be providing day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students, your responsibilities will include work scheduling and rotas; involvement in recruitment, induction and performance review; training, development and mentoring. Person requirements : Registered Nurse with full NMC registration. Minimum of two years' (at least one year UK-based) post-registration Surgical Ward experience . In possession of a recognised Teaching and Assessing/Mentorship qualification .
